Your Role as an In-Home Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work 1:1 with children in their homes using evidence-based ABA techniques to help build communication, social, and daily living skills. You’ll be a vital part of their progress — and their biggest cheerleader. Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Key Responsibilities: * Apply ABA techniques as trained and directed by your supervising BCBA. * Provide direct 1:1 therapy using both intensive teaching and naturalistic play-based strategies. * Record data using an iPad or tablet after each session. * Communicate regularly with your BCBA and clinical team about progress and challenges. * Participate in parent training sessions and generalization tasks when requested. * Attend supervision, team meetings, and BCBA check-ins. * Maintain professional boundaries and always uphold client dignity and confidentiality. * Follow behavior plans and ensure safety protocols are in place. * Assist with assessments and material prep as needed. * Keep therapy areas clean and organized. * Step into lead therapist duties when requested. * Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all HIPAA regulations Requirements: * Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to become certified with our support) * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas * Physical ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs * Tech-savvy enough to manage electronic data collection * Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children * Must be eligible to work in the U.S., with a valid driver’s license and insurance Come Fly With Us!
