    Global Procurement Specialist Company: Afras USA, Inc. Location: Houston, Texas, United States Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Afras USA, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Procurement Specialist to support international sourcing and procurement activities. The successful candidate will identify suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, coordinate purchasing activities, and help ensure that products and materials are sourced efficiently and delivered according to requirements. Key Responsibilities * Identify and evaluate potential domestic and international suppliers. * Research products, suppliers, pricing, availability, and lead times. * Request, review, and compare supplier quotations. * Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and other purchasing conditions when appropriate. * Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation. * Coordinate with suppliers to monitor order status and delivery schedules. * Maintain accurate records of suppliers, quotations, orders, and purchasing activities. * Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product specifications and requirements. * Resolve purchasing, delivery, and supplier-related issues. * Support cost-saving and supplier-development initiatives. * Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and customer requirements. * Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply-chain operations preferred. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to research products and suppliers independently. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and online procurement systems. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Experience with international procurement or industrial/oil & gas products is a plus.
