Position Overview \nWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with current, hands-on experience in apparel, wholesale, or consumer goods sales operations. This position is crucial to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all sales processes within our high-volume wholesale business. As a core operations partner to Sales Management, you will oversee order processing, ensure data integrity, manage reporting, and facilitate cross-functional coordination. Success in this role requires recent, relevant operations experience, with exceptional organizational skills and accountability. \n\n\n Key Responsibilities \n\n\n\t • Process and manage all sales orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring precise adherence to pricing, quantities, delivery windows, and customer requirements.\n\t, • Track orders end-to-end, closely monitoring production, shipping, invoicing, and delivery.\n\t, • Maintain, reconcile, and update order data across internal systems and customer documentation.\n\t, • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Sales, Production, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Service teams.\n\t, • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and order summaries for Sales leadership.\n\t, • Proactively identify discrepancies, errors, or potential risks in orders or timelines, resolving issues swiftly to ensure seamless operations.\n\t, • Maintain comprehensive records on accounts, styles, pricing agreements, and seasonal programs.\n\t, • Support sales meetings, line reviews, and account presentations with timely and accurate data and materials.\n\t, • Ensure compliance with all internal processes and customer-specific requirements.\n\t, • Must have current, relevant experience supporting sales operations in apparel, wholesale, or consumer goods environments.\n\t, • Exceptional attention to detail, with proven ability to manage large volumes of data without error.\n\t, • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize across multiple accounts and tight deadlines.\n\t, • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.\n\t, • High level of accountability, follow-through, and operational discipline.\n\t, • Proficiency with Excel and order management/ERP systems (e.g., ABS, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).\n\t, • Recent experience in apparel or fashion wholesale.\n\t, • Familiarity with seasonal sales cycles, production timelines, and wholesale delivery windows.\n\t, • Experience supporting senior sales leadership or key accounts.\n\t \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
