As an Estimator for ProColor Collision Phoenix, you are an ambassador of our brand. The way you communicate, carry yourself, and follow through has a direct impact on our reputation and success. Essential Functions • Examine damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage, • Prepare repair estimates using CCC, • Determine whether damaged parts should be repaired or replaced, • Evaluate repair practicality versus total-loss value considerations, • Prepare and submit insurance-related estimate documentation, • Order necessary parts and coordinate with the repair team, • Maintain accurate notes, dates, and payment updates in CCC, • Keep customers updated on repair progress, • Help ensure final billing is accurate and consistent, • Schedule pickup times in coordination with shop workflow, • Assist with customer delivery and final vehicle walkarounds, • Make outbound follow-up calls after estimates when needed, • Maintain strong working relationships with insurance companies, • Support profitability by maximizing labor efficiency and minimizing unnecessary material costs, • Communicate urgent issues to management in a timely manner, • Work closely with body technicians, painters, and leadership to keep repairs moving efficiently, • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: • High school diploma or equivalent, • Valid driver’s license, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Strong customer service skills, • Basic computer proficiency, • Ability to stay organized and productive despite interruptions, • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred:, • Previous collision repair estimating experience, • Experience with CCC One, • Damage Analysis and Estimating Certification for Collision Repair, • I-CAR training, • Experience working with insurance companies and supplements What Success Looks Like in This Role, • Accurate and timely repair estimates, • Well-maintained files, notes, and payment information in CCC, • Strong communication with customers and insurers, • Efficient coordination with production staff, • Timely escalation of urgent issues, • Positive customer experience from estimate through delivery, • Contribution to shop efficiency and profitability Working Conditions, • Office and shop environment, • Office is climate controlled; shop may experience heat and cold, • Occasional driving for parts pickup, deliveries, or vehicle drop-off, • Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling, • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, • Must be able to distinguish colors for parts, paint, and related materials This Job Is a Great Fit For Someone Who Is, • Self-motivated and goal-driven, • Organized and efficient, • Customer-focused, • Professional and dependable, • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, • Able to work well with a team, • Open to feedback and committed to improving This Job Is Not For Someone Who Is, • Defensive or resistant to constructive feedback, • Unwilling to improve or adapt, • Only interested in doing the bare minimum, • Poor at communication with customers or teammates, • Unwilling to help others or contribute to team success, • Passive, complacent, or waiting to be told what to do Apply Today ProColor Collision Phoenix offers the opportunity to work with a growing company that values great people, high standards, and meaningful work.
