The Front of House Restaurant Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is a hands-on, experience-driven leader. This role understands that guest satisfaction always takes priority and that efficient restaurant operations make that possible. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with an ambitious goal to grow within restaurant management. Responsibilities • Support all Front-of-House operations, • Assist in executing the restaurant business plan as directed by the General Manager, • Deliver exceptional customer service and outstanding guest satisfaction, • Recruit, interview, and hire a team that represents our core values, • Coach and develop employees to establish strong culture and consistent standards, • Execute effective training plans and develop a team of top performers, • Ensure the safety of guests and team members through food safety, restaurant safety standards, and guidelines, • Create and manage hourly employee schedules to meet daily staffing needs, • Accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering, and cash handling, • Lead key financial areas including sales growth, cost management, and profitability, • Follow company cash policies and procedures and ensure accurate balancing of transactions, • Promote and represent the restaurant brand in a positive and professional manner, • Foster a positive working environment and lead by example, • Demonstrate vision, drive, and accountability, • Support other locations with coverage needs as required, • Minimum of 2 years of Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management experience, • High school diploma or GED required, • Positive attitude with a generous, team-oriented approach, • Customer-service focused and solution-oriented mindset, • Energetic, professional approach to leadership, • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, • Strong verbal communication skills with guests and coworkers, • Ability to build positive working relationships with all restaurant personnel, • Ability to stand for long periods of time, • Flexible availability based on restaurant and department needs, • Strong time management and organizational skills, • Desire to establish a long-term career in restaurant management, • Weekends mandatory, • 5-day workweek with 2 consecutive days off, • Flexible scheduling based on coverage needs, with priority given to candidates available for weekend opening and closing shifts, • $76,000 – $78,000 annual salary, • Toll compensation for Tacoma Narrows Bridge commute (when applicable), • Medical insurance, including dental, vision, and life, • $300 monthly house account usable across affiliated restaurants, • Employee dining discounts, • Quarterly profit-sharing bonus program (up to 10% of annual salary), • 2 weeks of PTO, increasing to 3 weeks after 3 years, • Paid Sick Leave separate from PTO We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
