Job Title: Intake Nurse – RN (MLTC) \n Location: Brooklyn, NY – Field-Based \n Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent \n Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year \n \n Position Overview \n We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Intake Nurse to support the enrollment of new members into a Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) program.
