Job Description We are seeking a Pizza Chef, Cook, Waitress, Hostess to join our dedicated staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Italian food. Responsibilities: • Prepare all served food including Pizza Pasta, • Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, • Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions, • Follow standard recipes and special diet orders, • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes, • Previous experience in cooking ITALIAN a must!, • Must know how to make Pizzas in wood oven, • For Cooks Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, • Strong attention to detail, • If applying for Waitress top skills in FOH, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to work well in teamsCompany DescriptionWe are a small Mom & Pap family business but have a unique concept that no one in the United States and Italy for that matter have.
