The base salary range for this role is $146,400 to $155,530 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. The Behavioral Health Supervisor is responsible for providing concrete services and psychotherapeutic interventions for Betances Health Center patients and family members referred to mental health services by Betances medical providers. The Behavioral Health Supervisor will report to and be under the daily supervision of the Associate Medical Director.
