The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG and TIG welding, metal fabrication, and interpreting shop drawings. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Fabricate custom components from shop drawings and sketches Measure, cut, grind, and assemble metal parts Operate standard fabrication equipment. Assist with field installations, as needed Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
