What will you do: • Build strong relationships with and among students, • Knowledgeable and skilled in one or more styles of dance and have prior experience successfully teaching and instructing youth in dance., • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with program staff, school personnel, parents, • Teach or co-lead daily activities, • Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to students, • Support the coordination of program events, • Administer pre and post-assessments and evaluations for student activities, • Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Must be at least 18 years of age, • College credits and/or degrees are highly preferred, • Must be knowledgeable and skilled in Dance and have at least one year experience, • Experience working with children strongly preferred, • This role requires you to be in-person at work. Schedule: Part-Time: Monday- Friday (2:30 pm - 5:30 pm) Pay: $20-25/hour (based on experience and credentials) At the time of offer and acceptance, the job requires safety and security clearances through the Department of Education and the Department of Health.
