Maintain productivity rate at required Agency Standards., • Registered with the BBS as an AMFT, APCC, ACSW, LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC in the State of California., • Minimum one year experience working with multiple-issue families (e.g. unemployment, poverty, substance abuse, homelessness, domestic violence or abuse)., • Strong interest in providing in- home, strength-based, culturally relevant counseling services., • Ability to function as part of a multi-disciplinary team., • Commitment to providing field-based services to multi-cultural population., • Fluency in Spanish high preferred., • Valid California Driver’s License., • Must be insurable with agency’s insurance company for driving.
