Job Description Reliability Sr. Manager We are seeking a strategic and accomplished reliability engineer to lead the end-to-end reliability management for our eBOS (Electronic Balance of System) product suite. This role will oversee reliability engineering at Premier PV to bring reliable new products to market, reduce failure rates of existing products, and work with Design and Manufacturing to ensure reliability is built into the product. This position requires reliability expertise, test equipment know how, deep technical understanding of solar and power systems, and experience with reliability program management.
