Interview for the following positions: • Light-Duty Tow Truck Drivers, • Heavy-Duty Tow Truck Drivers, • Heavy Haul Transport Drivers Class A CDL Required, • Customer Service Agent, • Accounts Receivable/AR Collections Rep/B2B Collections Pay Structure: Commission-based and hourly positions available • Light Duty Tow Truck Drivers - 30% Commission, • EXPERIENCED Heavy Duty Tow Truck Drivers 25% Commission (with a 1% increase each year until you reach 30%), • EXPERIENCED Heavy Haul Transport - 25% Commission, • Customer Service Agent - $16 to $18 / an hour, • Accounts Receivable/AR Collections Rep/B2B Collections - $18 - 20 / an hour (depending on experience) We will be hiring for the following locations: • Tampa Location: 5014 N. 56th Street, Tampa, Fl 33610, • Petersburg Location: 4320 54th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33714, • Orlando Location: 880 Thorpe Road, Orlando, FL 332824 How to prepare for the Job Fair? • Please bring a copy of an updated resume What to wear? • Casual, however, please be presentable. Qualifications for LIGHT DUTY DRIVERS: • 2 years of VERIFIABLE driving experience (NOT INCLUDING UBER/LYFT), • Past Towing experience or related field, • Current DOT Medical Card required Qualifications for HEAVY DUTY DRIVERS: • Class A CDL License required with 2 years of verifiable experience, • Current DOT Medical Card required, • Past heavy-duty towing experience is a MUST Qualifications for HEAVY HAUL TRANSPORT DRIVERS: • Class A CDL License required with 2 years of verifiable experience., • Current DOT Medical Card required, • TWIC Card (will have 30 days from hire to apply for), • HAZMAT endorsement (will have 90 days from hire to get), • Must be able to drive a manual transmission truck. Qualifications for CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT: • Experience in a similar position is preferred., • Experience in data entry and customer service., • Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful and emergency situations., • Strong organizational and time management skills., • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities., • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills., • Team-oriented mindset., • High school diploma or equivalent. Qualifications for ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/AR COLLECTIONS/B2B COLLECTION: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy collections related to business-to-business invoices., • Strong attention to detail with experience handling high transaction and invoice volumes., • Fast and accurate data processing and time management skills., • Prior experience with a transportation company is a plus., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of organization., • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
