Join our Team as an Architecture & Transformation Manager at Orion180! Are you an experienced Transformation & Strategy manager with a passion for building and driving success? Orion180 is looking for an Architecture Transformation & Strategy Manager who will be responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide architecture strategies to support business transformation and technology modernization initiatives. This role bridges the gap between business goals and IT capabilities, ensuring architectural alignment with strategic priorities, while driving innovation, scalability, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Define and evolve the enterprise architecture roadmap to align with business transformation goals and digital strategy., • Lead the assessment and modernization of legacy systems and platforms toward cloud-native, scalable architectures., • Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate strategic goals into actionable architecture blueprints., • Govern the adoption of architectural standards, frameworks, and principles across the enterprise., • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to inform long-term architectural decisions., • Manage and guide architecture review boards and transformation steering committees., • Facilitate architectural risk assessments and impact analysis during change initiatives., • Develop architectural maturity models and performance indicators to track progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives., • Drive alignment between business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, and infrastructure. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred., • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategic planning role., • Proven track record in leading architecture-led transformation initiatives across large or complex organizations., • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices, API strategies, and data architecture., • Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and modeling tools (ArchiMate, Sparx, etc.)., • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills., • Ability to translate complex architectural issues into business-friendly language and strategic recommendations. Education: • Azure Modern Data Platform, • SQL Server (T-SQL and DBA), • KQL Azure Data Explorer, Azure Monitor and other Microsoft Services, • Data Analytics stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), • Power BI, • DAX, • Azure ML, • Azure infrastructure, • R, • Python, • PowerShell, • Hadoop, • Data Modeling, • Data Warehouse Theory, • Data Architecture, • Master Data Management, • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare., • Background in enterprise Agile or SAFe frameworks., • Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, and governance frameworks., • Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, or Certified Enterprise Architect are a plus., • Database engineering/management, • Cloud native database solutions, • Infrastructure-as-code and transformation tools, • Data modeling for both rational and NoSQL databases, • Cloud technologies and hosting experience (including private cloud), • NET/C# development, • .NET Stack (C#, REST API, MVC APIs, JSON, REST, JavaScript, Ajax and Asynchronous Programming), • Should have experience in code repository management using ADO, TFS, Visual studio online, Git, SVN etc., • Strong knowledge of .NET Patterns and practices, R, Python, • Hands-on experience on MS Azure Services with Developing, Deploying and configuring Azure Web Apps, Azure App Services using Visual Studio, experience in cloud migration and integration, Experience in building solutions using Event Hub, Service Bus.
