Compensation & Income Expectations This is a performance-based producer role with no income ceiling. Production Expectations Minimum: $40,000 in written premium per month Realistic range: $40,000$120,000 per month Supported by marketing, training, and proven systems ~25% close ratio assumed Commission Structure 75% commission on new business 50% renewal commission 100% bonus eligibility for hitting production and activity benchmarks Projected Annual Income $40k/month: ~$70,000$90,000 $70k$90k/month: ~$120,000$180,000 $100k$120k/month: $200,000$250,000+ These are realistic, repeatable results for producers who execute the system consistently. Responsibilities Responsibilities Measurable Performance Goals Primary Objective: Generate a minimum of $40,000 in written premium per month Secondary Objective: Complete 80 new sales conversations per month (Average of 4 new conversations per day) Success is tracked daily, reviewed consistently, and supported with tools designed to help you win.
