Job Description Job Summary: The IT Support Analyst provides onsite and remote service desk support in an executive‑facing environment, delivering high‑touch, white‑glove technical assistance. This role supports endpoint devices, user accounts, peripherals, and printers while managing and routing incidents through a ticketing system. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced setting. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 service desk support for onsite and remote users via walk‑up, phone, and remote tools, • Support endpoint management tasks including user account creation, access provisioning, and MFA setup, • Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices, • Deliver white‑glove support to executives and senior leadership with professionalism and discretion, • Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system, including routing, updating, and queue management, • Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues, • Support printer and peripheral issues; assist with printer support projects as needed, • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures clearly and accurately, • Work independently to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and stay productive during slower periods, • 2–3+ years of service desk or IT support experience, • Hands‑on experience with endpoint support, account creation, MFA, and peripheral troubleshooting, • Experience providing both walk‑up and remote phone support, • Strong customer service skills with a professional, executive‑level presence, • Experience using a ticket management system (ServiceNow preferred, not required), • Ability to work independently, self‑motivate, and manage time effectively, • Experience supporting executive or VIP user populations, • Experience working in corporate or enterprise IT environments Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
