MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to support our North America and global creative teams during an exciting peak season! This role is ideal for a detail-obsessed, fast-moving designer who can balance regional marketing needs with global brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital design, with deep expertise in Figma and Photoshop, and a strong understanding of designing for performance across digital channels. In addition to crafting high-impact North America-specific creative—including emails, promotional assets, and retail digital materials—you will also support the design of new templates for our global brand website. Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and deliver all North America e-commerce digital assets, including email, website, and promotional materials, • Develop and maintain visual concepts and design systems for the e-commerce site, ensuring brand consistency and a high-quality customer, • experience, • Lead digital creative from initial concept through final production, including assets for digital photo shoots, • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, production, and creative teams to align creative output with business and brand objectives, • Produce high-quality layouts, graphics, and retouched imagery that meet brand, performance, and technical standards, • Manage, organize, and update files and workflows in Figma to support efficient collaboration and handoff Brand Guidelines & Voice • Fully understand and internalize the brand’s visual identity across global and North America markets, • Master internal tools and platforms, including Figma libraries, file organization, asset delivery processes, and collaboration tools, • Get up to speed on the seasonal marketing calendar, email cadence, and the rhythm of retail and promotional campaigns, • Contribute to a library of reusable, scalable templates for global site use—reducing design redundancy and streamlining production workflows Design Ownership & Leadership • Take full ownership of North America digital design needs, consistently delivering high-quality, on-brand creative with minimal oversight, • Deliver creative that demonstrably drives engagement and performance (e.g., increased email CTRs, higher promo conversion), • Build strong working relationships with global and regional teams, • Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day, • Light to moderate lifting may be required, • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboardQualifications PROFILE You have: • 5+ Years of experience in digital design, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands, • Strong retouching and image-manipulation skills, with comfort using AI-based creation tools to enhance and accelerate creative output, • Demonstrated elevated design taste and a strong portfolio of digital work, • Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern digital design workflows, • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines, • Highly agile and resourceful, able to develop strong creative ideas when production budgets are limited by leveraging AI tools, existing assets, • or alternative creative approaches, • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to incorporate multiple rounds of feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency Additional Information WHAT WE OFFER YOU Training & Development and Culture • Fresh and LVMH Sponsored Trainings and Workshops for Personal and Professional Development, • Opportunities for networking and building relationships with LVMH Community and Network, • Free professional consultation, referrals and counseling through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • Comprehensive paid time off inclusive of Floating Holidays and Summer Fridays, • Fertility Services, Maternity and Newborn Support, Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance, including cryopreservation when part of fertility treatment, • Paid Parental Leave (Inclusive of Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, Surrogacy) at eligibility, • Travel & lodging for those who can’t access care, • Fresh In-Store Discounts and Gratis, • LVMH Group Friends and Family Sales across all divisions within LVMH: Wines and Spirits, Watches and Jewelry, Perfumes and Cosmetics, Fashion and Leather Goods, etc., • Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits through Wage Works The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 USD. This role is based in New York City.
