We are seeking experienced Sous Chef's to help us create the team who will develop the menu, oversee operations in the kitchen, work the line, and be a part of a truly special opening for the city.

Collaborating with the head chef or executive chef to plan menus, develop recipes, and create new dishes that align with the restaurant's concept and appeal to customers. Overseeing kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.

Utilizes kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as: knives, slicers, whips, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc. Ensures proper food temperatures are. Uses proper documentation to record all food production.
