Job Description This position is currently hybrid-eligible, with the expectation of three days pre-assigned on-site attendance. You’ll be the glue that keeps our mortgage operation moving smoothly and successfully. In this role, you will: Keep the Systems (and Us) Running Smoothly • Assist with managing our CRM system—assigning leads, tracking follow‑ups, reporting results, and boosting conversion success, • Help manage loan pipelines, ensuring service level agreements and compliance standards are met, • Monitor applications, TBDs, cancellations, and timelines so nothing slips through the cracks Be Organized, Efficient, and Proactive • Process invoices, track expenses, pay bills, and maintain accurate financial records, • Create and update reports using Word, Excel, and other tools, • Provide professional phone and clerical support to members and teammates, • Order supplies, manage documents, and assist with special projects Be Our Marketing & Connectivity Champion • Partner with Leadership and Marketing to create and coordinate eye‑catching mortgage marketing materials, • Support business development events, tradeshows, and outreach efforts, • Make outbound calls to connect members with home loan opportunities Grow With Us • Help maintain the team’s vision, mission, and roadmap, aligned with the Credit Union’s strategic goals, • Look for ways to make processes better, faster, and smarter You’re a great fit if you have: • High school diploma or equivalent, • At least one year of relevant office or administrative experience supporting a sales team, preferably within the mortgage or real estate industry, • Strong communication skills (phone, email, in‑person—you’ve got it covered), • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word & Excel, • A knack for organization, multitasking, follow‑through, and problem‑solving, • Comfort working independently and collaboratively, • A service mindset and professional demeanor, • Ability to maintain confidentiality in a sensitive environment Bonus points if you bring: • Knowledge of mortgage or home loan processes, • Familiarity with regulations, • Additional language skills, • A goal‑oriented, fast‑paced mindset (SAFE Act compliance required—don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process!) Hourly pay is based on experience, internal equity, and role level: Mortgage Sales Support Rep: $21.00-$25.00 per hour PLUS monthly bonuses based on the success of the team.
