We are looking for a dedicated and passionate construction foreman to join our team as a key contributor. Position Summary: The construction foreman will oversee daily job site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed according to specifications, on schedule, and with the highest standards of safety and quality. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and efficiency in the field. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead construction crews on site., • Coordinate tasks according to project plans and schedules., • Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards., • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers., • Train and mentor crew members as needed., • Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, and materials., • Identify and resolve issues that may cause delays or safety concerns., • Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role., • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment., • Ability to read blueprints and project specifications., • Excellent organizational and leadership skills., • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities., • OSHA certification or other relevant safety training (preferred)., • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, including scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production., • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry regulations., • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines., • Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and optimize performance., • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset., • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proper grammar and clarity., • Ability to negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and oversee performance management., • A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
