This role requires strong phlebotomy expertise, exceptional customer focus, and the flexibility to support multiple locations in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.This position plays a critical role in patient satisfaction, specimen integrity, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities, • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients, • Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures, • Verify patient demographics, specimen labeling, and obtain patient signature post-collection, • Maintain accurate records and required documentation, • Provide float coverage across PSC and In-Office Phlebotomy locations, • Ensure daily activities are completed accurately and on time, • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional patient environment, • Exercise sound judgment when making decisions within established procedures, • Communicate openly with patients, peers, and supervisors, • Adapt quickly to schedule changes and evolving staffing needsRequired Skills & Qualifications, • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Three (3) years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, • Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free work, • Keyboarding and data entry proficiency, • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (as applicable)Preferred Skills & Certifications, • Medical Assistant or Paramedic training, • Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, and WA; preferred elsewhere), • Minimum 2 years of PSC experience, • Retail or service-based customer service experienceAdditional Requirements, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting, • Commitment to company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct, • Training locations may vary based on trainer availabilityBenefits, • Medical Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Dental Insurance We are a Native American-owned, economically disadvantaged corporation that highly values diverse and inclusive workplaces.
