Job DescriptionDescription: Certified Medical Assistant Job Description Supervision Received: Reports to the Practice Manager/Office Manager Summary/Objective: Responsible for providing high quality direct patient care and assisting providers and other clinical staff with patient care and other clinical and administrative duties in a professional manner. Job Description Position Summary: The Education and Outreach Manager provides for the development, coordination, documentation, and supervision of all educational and outreach activities and events undertaken by Philadelphia Coordinated Health Care (PCHC). The Education and Outreach Manager represents PCHC at meetings concerning training activities in any of the five southeastern region counties. The Education and Outreach Manager is also responsible for designing, with the PCHC Quality Administrator, methods for documenting training sessions and attendance and developing presentation formats for this information. The Education and Outreach Manager is responsible for working with the appropriate departments to capture the HCQU training data required for the ODP HCQU reporting requirements. The Neighborhood Wellness Court (NWC) Behavioral Health Navigator will serve the Behavioral Health and Justice Division (BHJD) of the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbilities Services (DBHIDS) and the Office of Public Safety (OPS) at the intersection of behavioral health and criminal justice in the NWC.
