The Neighborhood Wellness Court (NWC) Behavioral Health Navigator will serve the Behavioral Health and Justice Division (BHJD) of the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbilities Services (DBHIDS) and the Office of Public Safety (OPS) at the intersection of behavioral health and criminal justice in the NWC. The NWC navigator will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to assess, refer, and monitor individuals with behavioral health and substance use needs while navigating the NWC. The Education and Outreach Manager represents PCHC at meetings concerning training activities in any of the five southeastern region counties. POSITION SUMMARY Overall Project Leadership, developing project management processes and standards and providing strategic guidance, organizing, and managing a project team. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support guests and store teams with courteous assistance. You will conduct routine patrols, document observations, communicate clearly, and respond to concerns with professionalism.
