JOB SUMMARY As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation. Jointly you will be responsible for adhering to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, cleaning, and compliance structures. You are expected to have a full overview of the store and lead your team members when your Store Manager is not present ensuring efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products. POSITION SUMMARY The Joe & The Juice Team is looking for a highly motivated, skilled tax professional to join our in-house tax team. Based in New York City, this role will report into the Senior Manager, Tax, in Copenhagen. The Manager of Tax will be a key member of the tax team, responsible for the day-to-day operations, including the accuracy and timeliness of compliance and tax reporting matters. This position will support direct and indirect tax compliance and tax accounting matters for Joe & The Juice's US and global operations. The role will partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to support them with all tax related matters. The role interfaces with partners across the organization, including the Accounting, Treasury, HR, Finance, Real estate & Growth and Legal teams to optimize existing processes, solve business challenges, design new workflows, and implement new technology solutions to drive efficient and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with third party advisors. You will be a critical member in the development of an adaptive Tax department that continues to scale to support Joe & The Juice's growth goals. The ideal candidate takes a proactive approach towards driving quality results, thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks creatively, and strives to consistently exceed expectations. The candidate will be reporting to the CLO, Group General Counsel based in Europe and on a day-to-day have a seat on the US leadership team, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will play a critical role in balancing legal risk with business objectives, enabling growth, and strengthening governance across the U.S. organization. This position is based at our U.S. Headquarters in New York City and will serve as the lead legal resource supporting all U.S. operations and future expansion initiatives. Because we are positioned for rapid growth, we are currently seeking another valuable team member for the Entry-Level position of Bindery Operator. Candidates must have professional values that align with our philosophy of providing only the absolute best products and services to those whom we serve. The roles and responsibilities of the Entry-Level Bindery Operator position include sorting, drilling, padding, and folding materials to produce finished print products. Because most of the work is done by machine, the Entry-Level Bindery Operator will work with scoring/creasing, stitching, drilling, and binding machines. Attention to detail is a requirement for this position! Also, time management skills and the ability to prioritize are “musts,” as many projects may be scheduled simultaneously and be in the production stage at the same time. If a problem arises, the Entry-Level Bindery Operator must be able to communicate the issue to the print production leaders. REQUIREMENTS • Bindery experience: 1-3 years, • English communication skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, • Detail-focused, • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, • Authorization to work legally in the United States, • Valid US driver’s license (preferably NJ or NYC) QUALIFICATIONS  General knowledge of folding, stitching, and coil binding machines.  Ability to read and interpret written and verbal work orders or other job specifications containing bindery requirements that indicate the number and sequence of machine operations required to complete the work and to maintain dimensional accuracy in accordance with provided instructions.  Enjoy working in a face-paced team environment.
