Conduct legal research and compile case law and factual evidence for attorney review. Assist attorneys with case management from intake through trial and post-judgment. Coordinate scheduling of depositions, mediations, and hearings. Communicate directly with clients, court personnel, experts, and opposing counsel. Organize and maintain litigation files in PracticePanther and electronic document systems. Manage multiple cases and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications: Minimum of three years of Florida litigation experience, preferably in probate litigation. Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and e-filing requirements. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Professional and confident communication style both written and verbal. Customer service mindset and ability to interact with clients with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PracticePanther or similar case management systems, and e-service platforms. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
