Janitorial Services: Maintain cleanliness across all facility areas through routine and special cleaning tasks.
Security & Concierge Services: Provide security and concierge support to enhance guest and employee experiences.
Lighting & Energy Solutions: Manage lighting systems and promote energy efficiency throughout the facility.
Cleaning: Conduct regular and specialized cleaning to uphold facility aesthetics.
Repair & Maintenance: Perform repairs and routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of facility systems.
Painting: Carry out interior and exterior painting projects for a fresh look.
Pest Control: Execute environmentally friendly pest control using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, with options for scheduled and emergency services by licensed technicians.
This role provides a holistic approach to facility management, ensuring a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment. Key Responsibilities:
24/7 Availability: Provide consistent, on-call support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, ensuring all facility needs are addressed promptly.
Technology Integration: Utilize advanced technology tools to enhance facility operations, streamline processes, and improve service delivery.
Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor facility systems and operations, identifying potential issues before they escalate, and implementing effective solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure comprehensive support and resource allocation, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for all facility-related inquiries, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction for all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
