Minimum Specifications Education • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related discipline required., • Seven (7) years of experience in a financial leadership position required., • Four (4) years of experience in the non-profit sector required., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively and professionally across disciplines and with a variety of constituents as well as the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms., • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence for results along with strong leadership skills., • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups across and beyond the organization., • Strong analytical and reasoning skills., • Ability to lead major organizational initiatives, accomplish results, and achieve measurable outcomes or goals., • Must be able to work in challenging situations involving competing interests, and high level-interdisciplinary groups., • Strong attention to detail and the ability to think independently., • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) as well as statutory accounting principles, practices, and internal controls. Strategy • Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely achievement of desired financial outcomes for Parkland Health Foundation., • Work collaboratively with Parkland Health Foundation leadership and key stakeholders to gain insight and drive execution of strategies to maintain financial and operational control of the organization., • Develop a comprehensive financial program that accurately presents the financial position of the health plan in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)., • Oversee all financial related activities for business unit including developing and monitoring progress against annual budget and operating plan., • Maintains appropriate internal control structure to ensure assets are properly protected and operations are conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal statutory requirements., • Review monthly performance and financial results Parkland Health Foundation and provide recommendations to senior management., • Provide leadership oversight of all financial reporting ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data, as well as compliance with federal, state, local, regulations, policies, and/or procedures., • Responsible for financial analysis, identification of month-end financial drivers and forecasting., • Prepare monthly financial statements and variance narratives including the supporting variance analysis and summary narrative for Parkland Health Foundation, Parkland Health leadership, and the Board., • Coordinate treasury, banking functions, and reporting with Parkland Healths Accounting and Treasury Departments., • Review general ledger transactions and journal entries for accuracy and compliance with Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)., • Act as a lead for Parkland Health Foundations annual audits performed by an external agency, as well as other audits performed by Parkland Healths internal audit staff., • Operationally responsible for the financial performance of assigned area(s)., • Promote activities to achieve operational efficiency., • Manage the approved budget through frequent and regular monitoring. Implement written action plans to address variances adjusting strategies as necessary to meet budgetary targets., • Consider operational outcomes and financial implications when making recommendations to implement new programs or modify current programs., • Recruit and retain talent with a variety of backgrounds, skills, experiences, and viewpoints that reflect the communities we serve., • Promote and support a culturally welcoming, inclusive, collaborative, and highly engaged work environment where everyone feels empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work., • Accountable for orientation, ongoing education and training, and competency verification for all employees., • Ensure Human Resource metrics (i.e., retention, vacancy, engagement) meet established targets. Integrates knowledge gained into current work practices. Maintains knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws and guidelines that impact the area. Develops effective internal controls designed to promote adherence with applicable laws, accreditation agency requirements, and federal, state, and private health plans. Seeks advice and guidance as needed to ensure proper understanding. Develops and monitors annual budgets that ensure the department has the necessary funds to carry out the goals and objectives that have been established for the department. Develops, implements, monitors, and revises annual goals and objectives for the department that support the missions and objectives of Parkland. Selects, trains, schedules, motivates, supervises, and evaluates employees making recommendations for disciplinary actions up to and including termination, to ensure maximum utilization of individual and group capabilities. Job Summary: The BIM Manager is a hybrid position, reporting to the Director of Design. Job Summary The Production Lead, Disbursement is responsible for overseeing the daily intake, prioritization, and distribution of disbursement work. This role ensures the accurate and timely handling of settlement funds, adherence to lender Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and compliance with closing instructions. The Production Lead functions as the first escalation layer for Disbursement Associates, actively contributes to production tasks, and supports training and development for new and existing team members. They will collaborate closely with the Supervisor, Disbursement to drive efficiency, maintain high-quality customer experiences, and promote an enjoyable, productive team environment. Role Description • Monitor daily disbursement queues to ensure timely and accurate assignment of tasks., • Prioritize and distribute work among Disbursement Associates based on urgency, complexity, and SLA requirements., • Act as the first point of escalation for complex disbursement issues, including wire discrepancies, refund reviews, or returned checks., • Contribute directly to production responsibilities such as reviewing settlement funds for accuracy, processing outgoing wires, and ensuring compliance with closing instructions., • Support Associates with standard and complex workflows, providing guidance and feedback as needed., • Maintain open communication with lenders, borrowers, and internal partners to resolve file-level issues and ensure customer satisfaction., • Assist with training, coaching, and equipping team members with resources and process guidance to improve accuracy and efficiency., • Collaborate with operations leaders to identify workflow improvements, staffing needs, and process updates., • Has 3–5 years of escrow/title disbursement experience with proven expertise in handling settlement funds., • Excellent phone, email, face-to-face, and remote communication skills., • Demonstrated ability to support and coach team members in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment., • Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows with accuracy and attention to detail., • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve escalations calmly and efficiently., • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills, knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, and legal documents., • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain proactive in anticipating workflow needs., • Open-minded to process changes, continuous system updates, and enhancements., • Proficient in using title production systems (experience with ResWare is a plus).
