Graduate Marketing & Project Management Intern \n JSMedia + Warrior Women in Business \n New York City | In-Person 2 Days/Week + 1 remote | Potential Path to Paid Employment \n About the Opportunity \n JSMedia and Warrior Women in Business are seeking an experienced, highly organized and ambitious Graduate Marketing & Project Management Intern to work directly with the Founder & CEO in New York City. \n This is a hands-on role for a graduate student who already has experience in project management, marketing, events, client services or branding and is ready to take ownership of real business and client projects. \n We are looking for someone who can become a trusted right-hand project management resource to the Founder—helping manage client deliverables, executive branding programs, photo shoots, social media content, events and internal marketing initiatives. \n For the right candidate, this internship has the potential to develop into a paid position based on performance, business needs and mutual fit. \n About Us \n JSMedia is a marketing, executive branding and digital media agency working with executives, entrepreneurs and companies to build visibility, authority and business opportunities. \n Website: https://jasminesandler.com/ \n Warrior Women in Business (WWIB) is a media, branding and events organization that elevates women executives, entrepreneurs and creatives through executive branding programs, podcasting, digital content, community and signature events. \n Website: https://warriorwomenbusiness.com/ \n Both organizations work with remote employees, contractors, creative partners, strategic partners and clients, making strong project management and communication skills essential. \n Key Responsibilities \n The graduate intern will help project manage initiatives across both organizations, including: \n\n • Managing timelines, priorities, deadlines and deliverables for JSMedia clients\n, • Coordinating with remote employees, contractors, designers, writers, developers, photographers, videographers and other partners\n, • Preparing project plans, checklists, meeting notes and action items\n, • Following up with team members and clients to keep projects moving\n, • Identifying potential delays or missing deliverables and helping resolve them\n, • Supporting the delivery of executive and personal branding packages\n, • Coordinating executive branding photo shoots, including scheduling, shot lists, production timelines, client preparation and post-shoot deliverables\n, • Project managing the Founder/CEO's social media and thought-leadership content calendar\n, • Coordinating video, graphics, photography, copy and other social media assets from idea through publication\n, • Managing deliverables for Warrior Women in Business branding clients\n, • Supporting client onboarding, branding, photography, LinkedIn and content deliverables\n, • Helping project manage Warrior Women in Business podcast productions and live events\n, • Coordinating guests, speakers, partners, vendors, VIP lists, timelines and event materials\n, • Providing hands-on support during select NYC photo shoots, podcast productions and events\n\n This position is less about simply completing marketing tasks and more about making sure projects actually get completed—on time, professionally and according to expectations. \n Who We're Looking For \n The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a graduate program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, Media, Entrepreneurship, Project Management or a related field and has previous professional or internship experience. \n We are looking for someone who: \n\n • Has experience in project management, marketing, events, agency work, branding or client services\n, • Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented\n, • Can manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously\n, • Is comfortable coordinating both in-person and remote team members\n, • Communicates professionally with executives, entrepreneurs, clients and vendors\n, • Understands professional social media, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram\n, • Is comfortable around photo shoots, video production, podcasts and live events\n, • Takes initiative and does not need to be told every next step\n, • Can identify a problem and recommend a solution\n, • Is comfortable following up with people and holding projects accountable to deadlines\n, • Demonstrates maturity, discretion, professionalism and sound judgment\n, • Wants to take ownership and grow into greater responsibility\n\n Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, project management software, social scheduling tools, CapCut, Adobe products or CRM platforms is a plus. \n Schedule & NYC Requirements \n Candidates should be available to work in person in New York City approximately 2–3 days per week, with flexibility around their graduate school schedule. \n Candidates should also be available on select Fridays for Warrior Women in Business podcast productions and events in Midtown Manhattan. \n Occasional evening availability may be needed for special events or client programs. \n Although both organizations operate with remote team members and clients, this position is intentionally NYC-based. We are looking for someone who can become an on-the-ground right-hand person to the Founder while coordinating effectively with our larger remote team. \n Potential Path to Paid Employment \n We are particularly interested in graduate candidates who are looking for an opportunity that could extend beyond an internship. \n An exceptional intern who demonstrates project ownership, reliability, leadership, strong communication and the ability to keep people and projects moving may have the opportunity to transition into a paid position based on performance, business needs and mutual fit. \n We are looking for someone who wants to prove what they can do and potentially become an important long-term member of our NYC team. \n What You'll Gain \n This position offers hands-on experience working directly with a Founder/CEO while gaining exposure to: \n\n • Executive and personal branding\n, • Client-facing agency project management\n, • Professional photo and video productions\n, • Executive social media and thought leadership\n, • Podcast production\n, • NYC business and women's leadership events\n, • Remote team and vendor management\n, • Marketing operations and business development\n, • Direct interaction with executives, entrepreneurs, clients, speakers and business partners\n\n Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to own real projects and demonstrate measurable professional capabilities—not simply observe or complete administrative assignments. \n For those with experience, a $500 monthly stipend plus meals and travel. \n To Apply \n Email assistant@jasminesandler.com with: \n\n • Your resume\n, • A brief introduction explaining why this opportunity interests you\n, • A summary of your relevant project management, marketing, event, agency or client-service experience\n, • Two professional, academic or internship references whom we may contact by email\n, • Your semester availability, including Friday availability\n, • Your anticipated graduation date\n\n Subject: Graduate Marketing & Project Management Internship \n Before Your Interview \n Candidates selected for an interview are expected to review: \n JSMedia: https://jasminesandler.com/ \n Warrior Women in Business: https://warriorwomenbusiness.com/ \n Please also review both organizations' LinkedIn, Instagram and other current social media content, including Warrior Women in Business podcast and event activities. \n Come prepared to discuss what you noticed, how your experience could contribute, how you approach managing multiple people and projects, and where you believe you could immediately add value. \n We are looking for a graduate intern with the drive, judgment, professionalism and organizational ability to become a trusted part of our NYC operation—and potentially grow into a paid role.
