This role is ideal for a builder-minded individual who thrives on creating structure, developing processes, and laying the foundation for a scalable, modern marketing function.Youll design and execute campaigns, produce content, and manage day-to-day marketing operations while helping shape the bigger picture of how Neighborhood LTC communicates its mission. This role supports a geographic reach that includes Lincoln/Omaha, Greater Kansas City, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Nashville, giving you the opportunity to influence multiple markets and audiences. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and internal teams, strengthening relationships with partners in the IDD, human services, and behavioral/mental health communities. A key part of this role includes identifying and contracting with IDD-owned or IDD-supportive creative professionals to expand inclusive employment opportunities. This is a primarily remote role, with occasional in-office time, when team collaboration or project needs arise. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution • Execute and evolve the annual marketing plan to drive engagement, referrals, and brand visibility aligned with company growth goals., • Build scalable marketing systems, workflows, and repeatable processes that move the organization forward., • Manage Neighborhood LTCs digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and the website., • Create and distribute newsletters, campaigns, and announcements via HubSpot or similar platforms., • Develop and maintain a content calendar reflecting organizational priorities, region-specific needs, and company initiatives. Content & Creative Development, • Design and publish visuals, graphics, and branded collateral using Canva (required) and/or Adobe Creative Suite., • Write clear, mission-centered copy for providers, caregivers, partners, and community stakeholders., • Oversee outsourced creative partners for photography, videography, and web projects. Analytics & Growth, • Track performance across platforms and use data to refine tactics and improve ROI., • Turn analytics into actionable insights that support growth across our key regions., • Introduce tools and systems that increase efficiency and support long-term scalability. Collaboration & Leadership, • Work closely with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business priorities and brand values., • Partner with internal teams to gather stories, photos, testimonials, and impact metrics., • Build the framework for a marketing function that can grow in scope, scale, and sophistication over time. You bring: • 47 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, human services, nonprofit, or IDD sectors., • Strength across multiple marketing disciplines: writing, design, automation, analytics., • Proficiency in Canva; bonus if youve used Adobe Creative Suite or HubSpot Marketing., • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities., • Strong organization, self-direction, and comfort managing multiple priorities., • A mission-minded, collaborative approach with curiosity, creativity, and humility.
