Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and identifying solutions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus)
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and basic office tools
