The position includes keeping inventory, managing our online platforms, and answering phone calls. You will also learn how to appraise items and prepare insurance appraisals. The position will be flexible and require 20% to 40% of the attorney’s time, depending on the week. The candidate must have experience in preparation and filing of required SEC periodic and other reports, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q and Form 8-K, etc. The ideal candidate will have have strong written/verbal communication and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
