Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Wound Care Assistant (Greater Spokane Area) Our mission to change skin and wound care while improving the lives of others isn’t easy, but it’s worth it! Who we are looking for: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about skin and wound care and comfortable traveling to provide in-person wound care services in patients’ homes. Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to): • Traveling independently to Private Homes, Adult Family Homes, and Independent Living Facilities, • Independently perform wound care, including photo documentation of skin conditions, dressing changes, and UltraMist treatments (pain-free debridement) –seeing approximately 6-8 patients a day, • Apply and remove topical medications and dressings, • Collaborate with our providers virtually through audio/visual visits, • Occasionally assist the provider in-person with wound care procedures, • Perform administrative tasks and complete documentation as necessary, • Abide by company safety protocols for every visit; i.e., check in and check out, • Participate in regular team meetings for training, team building, and professional development, • 1+ years experience as an LPN; licensed in working state, • Driving! Must have reliable transportation; valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance, • Ability to travel to multiple locations each day within an assigned territory, • Telehealth experience –preferred, • Ability to multitask while providing compassionate patient care, • This fast-paced position requires standing for extended periods of time, • Computer savvy; Intermediate proficiency using MS Suite: Word, Teams, Outlook, and Excel, • Leadership qualities with the ability to work well within a team of healthcare providers and partner facilities, • Must be self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and able to work/schedule appointments independently, • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively, • Ability to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and services Anticipated Territory: Greater Spokane Area This position is classified as: Salary, Exempt; Full-Time employment Hours: Typical hours are Monday through Friday; varied hours between 6 am-5 pm PST, no nights or weekends Benefits: • Associates working 20+ hours per week:, • Medical/Dental/Orthodontic/Vision/RX - 80% towards employee monthly premiums covered, HSA matching, dependent coverage available at employee’s expense, • Employer-Sponsored Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance, • Voluntary Supplemental Insurance: Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, STD, Life, • Paid Time Off:, • PTO accrual up to 132 hours (16.5 days) in your first year of employment, • 8 paid Holidays for full-time employees, • 401(k) match on first 4%, • Mileage Reimbursement, • Core Values that promote work-life harmony, • No weekend or call, • Work with amazing people who have created a culture where we recognize each other’s wins and don’t tolerate gossip or drama, • Do you want to grow personally and professionally by working with the best?
