The Field Service Technician is an integral, customer-facing role within the Customer Support department. This role reports to the Customer Support Manager and works cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Operations to successfully address customer needs both in office and on location. This position is located in Tacoma, WA and requires extensive travel, with an estimated 80% of the time spent traveling both domestically and internationally.
