We are seeking a Manager of Graduate Medical Education (GME) Relations to be a part of our growing team responsible for serving medical students, residents, fellows, physicians and healthcare providers during the job search process. This position reports directly to the Director of GME Relations, is based in St. Louis, and serves as a key connector between PracticeLink and the GME community. This candidate supports the Director of GME Relations in designing and executing outreach strategies that educate and engage residency and fellowship programs nationwide. The ideal candidate will blend relationship management, educational outreach, and program development to ensure residents and fellows are aware of - and benefit from - PracticeLink's career resources as they prepare for their first practice. This candidate will represent PracticeLink at live and virtual events, collaborates with academic partners, and maintains a strong understanding of GME environments, challenges, and opportunities. This individual will help ensure the next generation of physicians and advanced practice providers are equipped with the tools, confidence, and connections to succeed in their transition to practice. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 or more years of experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME), medical school or residency program coordination, physician relations, healthcare recruiting, or academic healthcare administration - or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated understanding of the medical education continuum, including student-to-resident transition and residency program operations. Experience collaborating with medical students, residents, program directors, and academic leadership Strong communication and relationship management skills with a focus on supporting the professional development of future physicians. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) Familiarity with online conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, GoToMeetings, etc) PracticeLink offers team members excellent growth and development opportunities, 401(k) with employer match, and health benefits including options for 100% premium-covered medical, dental and vision coverage.
