Job Description Electrical Foreman Pay: $35–$40/hour About the Role We’re hiring an Electrical Foreman to oversee and execute commercial rooftop energy and electrical installations. This is a hands‐on leadership role for an experienced electrician who thrives in the field, leads by example, and takes ownership of safety, quality, and production. You’ll manage daily jobsite operations, guide installation crews, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with NEC and OSHA standards. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead and perform commercial rooftop electrical and energy installations, • Direct, supervise, and support on‐site installation crews, • Ensure all work meets NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards, • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‐free jobsite, • Execute installations per manufacturer specifications and Quality Management Plan (QMP), • Track daily production, quality, and job progress, • Coach, mentor, and develop crew members, • Identify site hazards, defects, and code compliance issues, • Complete daily reports including:, • Work activities, • Progress photos, • Site conditions, • Issues or challenges, • Prepare look‐ahead planning for:, • Materials, • Tools, • Manpower, • Project needs, • Load/unload materials and stage equipment as needed, • Drive company vehicle and transport tools/materials, • Participate in weekly safety meetings and required training, • Communicate professionally with coworkers, managers, and customers, • Work independently and lead projects according to schedule Requirements Education • High School Diploma or GED (preferred), • 4+ years of commercial electrical or energy installation experience, • Proven experience working on rooftops, ladders, and lifts, • Ability to read and execute construction and electrical plans, • Strong understanding of:, • Equipment layout and assembly, • Manufacturer installation requirements, • Journeyman Electrician License, • OSHA 10 (required), • OSHA 30 (must obtain within 6 months), • Valid Driver’s License Skills & Attributes • Strong leadership and crew supervision skills, • Highly self‐motivated with a strong sense of urgency, • Detail‐oriented with excellent problem‐solving ability, • Clear communicator with strong written skills, • Comfortable using tablets or computers for reporting, • Ability to think critically and make sound field decisions, • Professional, reliable, and safety‐focused Physical Requirements • Frequent standing, walking, and driving, • Ability to climb ladders and stairs, • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the day
