Job Description Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator/Patient Concierge Position We are a thriving, high-performance oral surgery practice looking for a rock-star Dental Sales professional to join our team! The person in this role will conduct new patient tours, facilitate phone and face-to-face consultations, establish a genuine rapport quickly, identify treatment goals, and engage in comprehensive financial discussions to help patients move forward with treatment. This full-time position allows you to go home each day knowing your work truly matters. Consultative sales experience a plus. Must be coachable and willing to follow a proven "feel good" sales process. *While dental experience is a plus, it's not a requirement. Work Schedule and Compensation: • Five-day work week, • Paid major holidays, • Paid sick leave and vacation benefits included, • This position offers a competitive base hourly rate of $25–$28, • You will receive mastery-level sales training to ensure continued success, • Opportunity for growth and advancement, • Effectively communicate with the marketing company to facilitate scheduled consultations., • Conduct personalized new patient tours and obtain required diagnostic scans to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience., • Conduct thorough phone and in-person consultations with patients to identify treatment goals and guide patients toward a scheduled appointment., • Confidently review and present treatment plans, guide financial discussions, process healthcare financing applications, and advance patients toward treatment acceptance., • Oversee the surgical workflow from scheduling to final readiness, including anesthesia coordination, medical clearance tracking, consent execution, and full case preparation prior to surgery., • Consistently follow up with potential patients to successfully convert leads., • Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills, • A confident, charismatic presence with the ability to think quickly on your feet, • A natural gift for gab paired with emotional intelligence, • Self-motivated, driven, and able to think outside the box, • Must possess thorough and consistent follow-up skills
