My client is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead all quality assurance and quality control operations within a high‑volume, multi‑process packaging manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product quality, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring all production activities comply with internal specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards. Profile The successful Quality Control Manager will have: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, • 5+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment; packaging industry experience strongly preferred., • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, CAPA, 5 Whys, etc.)., • Demonstrated experience managing and developing quality teams., • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset., • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and interact directly with customers.
