They oversee all aspects of their center’s operations, leading by example, ensuring safety protocols, exceptional customer service, efficient facility operations, and business growth. Safety: Ensure safety by enforcing all company and regulatory standards, Conduct regular safety inspections of climbing equipment, walls, harnesses, rope courses and other facilities.
