Job Description This is a remote position. The Customer Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming application support issues or requests related to software, systems, and hardware. This position is responsible for providing prompt initial response and follow-up, performing preliminary data acquisition, triage, analysis of end-user issues, and building the foundational technical expertise necessary to support application operations.
