Job Description Overview Responsible for checking initial IFP packages for completeness and timely submission to appropriate Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). This position receives direction from the Director of Project Development and is responsible for over-seeing that projects are permitted on schedule. The Permit Technician performs critical tasks as front-line personnel related to relationship building, organizing, submitting permit applications, follow up and obtaining project permit applications from appropriate AHJ.
