Job Responsibilities • Direct responsibility for projects, and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications for transportation projects that include paving, grading, drainage, and other miscellaneous items, • Work with a team of engineers, designers, and technicians as the key designer, • Coordinate projects that need to be converted between MicroStation and AutoCAD, • Work toward a high level of design proficiency in other areas of transportation to include roadways, • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field, • Registered PE in Texas is a plus, • 8+ years of experience working with roadway projects, • Experience with MicroStation, Geopak Road, HEC-RAS, Winstorm, and traffic control, as well as experience with development plans for TxDOT, Harris County, or comparable counties in the region, • Light to moderate travel - occasionally required to gather field data offsite, • Ability to work in various weather conditions may be required NO SPONSORSHIP NO AGENCIES

Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician I to join our team in Sterling Heights, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment and systems. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to work closely with customers and ensure the proper functioning of vital systems. Responsibilities: • Install, test, and troubleshoot equipment on-site to ensure optimal performance., • Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions by implementing corrective actions., • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including logs and reports of work performed., • Collaborate with customers to address technical issues and provide exceptional support., • Follow established procedures and policies to complete routine assignments effectively., • Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment use and maintenance., • Serve as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure seamless communication., • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant policies during service activities., • Assist in the implementation of quality assurance measures to maintain system reliability., • Provide support for international travel assignments as required. Work Schedule: • Initial training: Day shift, • After training: Second shift (Mon–Fri, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM), • Configure, operate, and maintain handheld and desktop systems, servers, and wireless networks., • Verify all systems are operational and maintain continuity between shifts., • Support equipment and systems for vehicle testing., • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve system operation issues., • Document findings and communicate with management and engineering groups., • Knowledge and expertise in Windows operating systems management (Linux familiarity is a plus)., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Experience in vehicle diagnostics, fault codes, and electrical/electronic systems is highly desirable., • Strong oral and written communication skills., • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology., • Office and maintenance shop located inside a vehicle factory near the assembly line., • Access to computer, desk, and workbench.
