Position Summary: This position will offer an excellent opportunity for a seasoned individual with healthcare experience, workforce development, partnership support, and relationship management. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential healthcare provider partnerships, tracking stakeholder communications and activities, and aligning outreach to the organization’s strategic goals. You will also manage education partnerships once onboard to ensure quality program delivery to scholars. You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to collaborate with national and local healthcare educational programs to make a meaningful impact on individuals' journeys to become healthcare professionals. The goal of this role is to create a national footprint for Futuro Health by sourcing, securing, and onboarding high quality healthcare provider partners that are aligned to the Futuro Health mission and project needs. This will improve the availability of programs offered through our partnerships and allow more scholars to start a career in healthcare. Essential Job Functions: Stakeholder Engagement: • Identify and vet qualified educational partnership opportunities., • Conduct potential partner evaluations to ensure alignment with the Futuro Health mission and quality program offerings., • Understand the workflows of Futuro Health operations and explain how it will fit into each potential partner’s journey to ensure alignment across partnership development and implementation., • Build and manage relationships with potential partners to ensure timely communication and onboarding., • Assist with planning, implementing, and attending geotargeted events, meetings, etc., • Collaborate with team members and other departments within the organization to obtain needs assessments, outreach priority, and other areas of opportunity. Program & Relationship Management: • Develop and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with assigned education partners to ensure student and organizational success., • Collaborate with local healthcare educational programs, employers, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive positive results., • Manage the delivery of educational and training programs in assigned areas that are tailored to the needs of the local healthcare workforce., • Communicate with the scholar support team on any changes in educational programs or processes for scholar success., • Manage and resolve escalations from scholar support and partners to ensure concerns are addressed appropriately and partnership activities remain in compliance with agreed-upon contract terms., • Effective usage of necessary tools, resources, systems, etc. to effectively perform the role., • Support the Educational Experience Director with coordination and execution of project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives., • Travel to meeting destinations as applicable to the project grant deliverables. Reporting & Evaluation: • Assist in the collection and analysis of data to evaluate partnership and project outcomes and impact., • Accurate and up to date reporting and data entry via CRM to enhance visibility to stakeholder status and track progress., • Monitor partnership data to ensure accurate and complete incoming and outgoing data., • Evaluate partner performance on an ongoing basis to determine whether partnerships should be maintained, expanded, restructured, or concluded based on alignment, effectiveness, and mutual value. Continuous Improvement: • Contribute to identifying opportunities for project improvement and innovation., • Support the implementation of best practices and process enhancements to optimize overall success., • Collaborate with other departments to gain insight and align strategies with company objectives., • Consistently review partnership workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and enhanced efficiency., • Remain up to date with industry trends to improve the quality of the educational partnerships sourced and secured. Qualifications: • Proven experience in healthcare education, workforce development, partnership or relationship management, or inside sales., • Strong engagement with healthcare education market and a deep understanding of the needs and dynamics of healthcare education and workforce development., • Excellent teamwork, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders., • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting., • Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools., • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities., • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, healthcare related field, or similar. Minimum 2-3 years of related experience working with healthcare education programs/organizations. Experience in relationship and project management is preferred in an education or nonprofit setting. Supervisory Responsibility: This role does not have supervisory responsibility. Work Environment/Travel: This is a remote role. Travel will also be required to attend meetings and conferences twice per year to attend Futuro Health’s Spring and Fall In Person All Hands events. Participation in these events is an essential function of the role, as these gatherings support strategic alignment, cross department collaboration, and organizational effectiveness, which cannot be fully achieved in a virtual format.
