Under the supervision and direction of the Facilities Manager, the Handyman’s main duty is to assist in the overall maintenance of the building and grounds. He/she would be responsible for basic building repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical and HVAC and to other building related maintenance and repair. Keep the office neat and clean at all times.
