Who This Role Is For We are seeking an Operations Leader who is deeply grounded in people leadership and hands-on systems building- someone who loves sitting down, mapping things out, and creating the structures that allow an organization to run smoothly and sustainably. Our clinical foundation is strong, our team and culture are steady, and our values are clear. What we need now is an Operations Leader who can sit with the details and ensure the practice runs with consistency, clarity, and ease. The founder is highly engaged, innovative, and creative. She has built the practice from the ground up while working 60+ hours per week and raising four young children. She thinks out loud, moves with passionate energy, and collaborates in real time. This role is well suited for someone who is energized by this dynamic, and can translate ideas into grounded, reliable execution. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people and systems. You are the integrator and backbone of the practice, ensuring that teams are engaged and supported, and that strong infrastructure allows everyone to do their best work. What You’ll Own People and Team Leadership • Lead all non-clinical staff, including billing, client care, and administrative teams, • Create clarity around roles, expectations, and accountability, • Engage in ongoing feedback with warmth, kindness, and care, • Foster a culture where people feel aligned, supported, and engaged, • Own day-to-day operational execution across all non-clinical functions, • Own payroll execution and ensure accuracy and timeliness, • Oversee HR systems, onboarding, offboarding, policies, and timekeeping, • Ensure compliance with California labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal policies, • Maintain business, healthcare, and HR compliance across the organization, • Build and run processes that create calm, clarity, and trust, • Build and refine scalable operational systems and workflows, • Create dashboards, KPIs, and feedback loops that support accountability, • Bring structure and measurability to complexity Compensation and Benefits Salary: $90,000–$130,000 DOE Benefits: Health benefits, generous PTO, and hybrid flexibility If you are a people-centered operations leader who values clarity, intention, and meaningful collaboration, we would love to hear from you!
