Job Description Administrative Support • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries (phone, email, in-person)., • Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements., • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents., • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data accuracy across internal databases., • Support daily office operations such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and coordinating vendor relationships., • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to prepare for new hires’ arrival., • Create and send offer letters, onboarding schedules, and welcome communications., • Set up new hire workstations, accounts, and access credentials., • Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure all required forms, policies, and trainings are completed., • Act as a point of contact for new employees during their first 30–60 days, providing guidance and support., • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems., • Assist with scheduling interviews and supporting recruitment logistics when needed., • Help organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs., • Assist leadership with special projects, research, and reporting., • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and communication across teams., • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)., • Experience: 2+ years in an administrative, HR, or operations support role.
