Job Description: As a part-time administrative assistant, working remotely but located near our office in Cary NC, you will provide comprehensive organizational and clerical support to the clinical operations team. As an administrative assistant, you will act as a central point of contact and assist other functions as needed and assist with a variety of functions as needed and directed, including occasional tasks at our office in Cary. Essential functions Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. • Providing general office support as needed and directed in the following areas., • Internal reporting, • Travel arrangements, • Schedule management, • Supply/equipment management, • Fleet management, • Credentialing/maintenance notifications, • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint)., • Strong organizational skills and verbal communication skills., • Knowledge of office management, support and procedures., • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize work., • Ability to handle and compartmentalize confidential information, • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies., • Excellent customer service., • Related experience, • Valid, active driver’s license, reliable transportation, • Occasional lifting/carrying up to 20lbs, • Occasional in-state, same-day traveling, less than 5% Schedule: 20 hours per week. Remote, with some occasional requirements at our main office in Cary NC. Pay Range: Starting at $18-$20 depending on experience.
