Job Description McCuiston Law Offices is seeking a highly motivated part-time (20-25 hours a week) legal administrative assistant who can provide key support in our dynamic, fast-paced environment. Our tight-knit team currently comprises three attorneys, one office manager, and three experienced paralegals. This position reports directly to the full-time office manager. To be successful, a candidate must be friendly, positive, and respectful, as well as hyper-organized, able to work independently, have acute attention to detail, and be well attuned to client needs. Time management is crucial. Additionally, a successful candidate will provide critical administrative support to our attorneys and paralegals, ultimately giving the firm the capacity to take on more clients. Preference will be given to candidates with administrative experience in a law firm (or another fast-paced professional environment, such a medical or dental office) including calendaring and phone reception, a CPA license, an accounting degree and/or paralegal certification, or willingness to attain paralegal certification.
