Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments., • Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records., • Provide administrative support to office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning., • Greet visitors and manage reception duties with a friendly and welcoming demeanor., • Coordinate and assist with community outreach programs and events., • Support fundraising activities, including event planning and marketing efforts., • Collaborate with team members to promote community-focused initiatives., • Organize and maintain office files, supplies, and documentation., • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports for stakeholders., • Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role., • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle calls and outreach activities., • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to manage receptionist duties and create a positive environment for visitors., • Familiarity with community outreach and event coordination., • Experience with fundraising or community marketing efforts is a plus., • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively., • Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.
