Payrate: up to $19/hr Duration: 9 month contract with possible extension or conversion to permanent Job Description: We’re seeking a polished, friendly professional to run our reception desk: answer/transfer calls (Yealink VOIP), greet visitors, and log/distribute FedEx/UPS/USPS mail. Light data entry and basic Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/Outlook) tasks as assigned. Training provided. Ideal candidates bring strong phone etiquette, attention to detail, and a customer‑first mindset. Prior reception or VOIP experience is a plus, but not required. On‑site role.
