The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Administrative Assistant position has an important role within NewPath Child & Family Solutions, as it supports and serves all aspects of our agency. We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the agency by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance. The Administrative Assistant must be proficient in Microsoft office programs, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. This position reports directly to the Program Manager. * Provide excellent customer service to NewPath clients, family members, external entities and staff. * Providing program support (reception, recording/filing, making client calls) • Processing all referrals coming into the agency., • Processing all phone calls coming into the agency., • Detailed data entry as needed, develop data management tools in database or excel for tracking due dates, client census, etc., as required by program managers., • Provide clerical assistance and data entry for several different departments, • Acting as liaison for NewPath and external entities, including funders, guardians, and transportation companies., • Corresponding with external entitles and families including writing letters and making phone calls., • Provide coverage for other NewPath offices as needed. Qualifications: • Must have a High School Diploma/GED., • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and/or PowerPoint., • Must be a team player, self starter, and highly organized with excellent time management skills., • Must have excellent customer service skills, • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of current automobile insurance., • Have a clean driving record with no more than 5 points and be able to pass a background check.
