Orchestra rehearsals take place weekly on the following schedule during the 32-week school year: • Mondays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, • Wednesdays from 4:45 PM to 7:45 PM, • Thursdays from 4:45 PM to 7:15 PM Candidates may apply if available for one, multiple, or all rehearsal days. Job Description Overview Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding three (3) Rheumatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. The Hospitals are part of NYC Health + Hospitals. Jacobi is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and NCB has 213 licensed beds. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein Medical College to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards. Our Rheumatology Practice has 1,700 unique active patients between Jacobi Medical Center and North Central Bronx Hospital with 52 patients receiving routine biologic infusion therapy. The Practice boasts active Lupus Clinics, Joint Pain Clinics, Ultrasound Evaluation and Treatment Clinics and Arthritis Clinics. The Jacobi Medical Center Inpatient Rheumatology Service is very active averaging approximately 7 consults per day while North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) averages 3-5 consults per day. Rheumatology Service at both Jacobi and North Central Bronx is a division of the Department of Medicine and has 4 full time Attending Rheumatologists while the Department of Medicine has approximately 100 full time physicians and 156 medical residents. Preferred Qualifications • Terminal degree (PhD or professional equivalent) in a relevant field • Strong record of scholarly publication in the field of luxury • Broad expertise in the social, cultural, environmental, political, and economic factors influencing the luxury, art, and business sectors, • Professional working proficiency in other languages, preferably in French, Italian, and/or Chinese, • Proven success in launching or leading new academic programs or initiatives with external accreditation requirements (e.g., NASAD/NYSED alignment) and familiarity with US higher education accreditation and compliance, • Significant experience supervising faculty and mentoring emerging educators or practitioners, • Adeptness at teaching in both in-person and online environments; digital fluency in learning platforms and contemporary luxury marketing technologies, • Demonstrated success in student recruitment and enrollment growth, or in audience development and innovative marketing partnerships, • Experience with field-based learning (global study trips, industry site visits) and experiential pedagogy, • Budget/finance management experience and data-informed decision-making capabilities, • Proficiency in CANVAS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Google Applications, • Knowledgeable about AI-related issues in online academic environments. The Dialysis Nurse Educator / Experience (RN) provides initial and ongoing professional training and education for facility staff. Schedule: Fulltime shifts typically include eight-hour days Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends off, although may be adjusted to align with clinic’s operational hours. Travel to the Staten Island clinic be required on some days. Compensation: Pay range from $46-$63 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience Benefits: • New Educator Training Class (four days of professional education, virtual or in-person), • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, • Life and long-term disability insurance provided at no additional expense to employee, • Paid time off (PTO) including holidays, • Extended Sick Bank (ESB) in addition to PTO – paid time for doctor appointments, sickness or medical leave, • Retirement plans with $.50 of each contributed dollar matched for eligible employees, up to 8 percent, • Education reimbursement, • Employee assistance program, • Wellness program, • Among others Responsibilities What You Can Expect: • Support and guidance from corporate clinical team, • Develop unit-specific policies and procedures with guidance from medical director and clinic manager, • Lead classroom theory training for patient care staff new to dialysis, • Verify new staff competencies before assigning additional independent tasks, • Oversee preceptor program and report progress, • Educate staff on new and existing clinic policies and procedures, • Provide instruction to patient care team to correct deficiencies identified during federal or state surveys, • Assign and monitor completion of new-hire and annual online education modules within established deadlines, • Administer annual competency testing of all patient care staff, and if needed, provide additional training to those not meeting requirements, • Audit medical records, infection control and regulatory compliance annually and develop a corrective plan for any deficiencies, • Monitor and track licensure and certifications for all disciplines, • Ensure any non-certified PCTs test for certification within 12 months of hire, • Coordinate or facilitate CPR certification classes
